Well, the coasts are not all this rocky, but I’m a dude with a camera – I don’t like sandy shores.
The water tends to have a greener tint. More beautiful in B/W, I suspect? BTW, it’s quite a dilemma for a dude with a camera to choose between a proper housing that costs a kidney, and a waaaaayyyyyyy cheaper waterproof bag that costs you your peace of mind when shooting submerged.

Apart from the sea, mountains are common terrain for the southern part of Thailand. Yes, quite a diversity.
Look, it even has like two or three dozens of these wild “Spectacled Langur” in a temple to be visited near the town! (They’re actually wild, but got used to humans and living in the temple. So I guess it’s their new habitat now.)
It was a very pleasant journey. The host took care of us very well, more than we could ask for.
We had a lot of fun.
